Meet Lexi
I started tattooing in 2023 and now work out of Revival Tattoo Studio in Urbandale. Florals and plants are what I draw most, and stipple is how I like to shade. My clients come from all over the Des Moines metro: Ankeny, West Des Moines, Clive, Altoona, Grimes, and Johnston.
A lot of my clients come in for their first tattoo. I walk you through every step, and the design is drawn for you.

How much does a tattoo cost?
Price depends on size, placement, detail and color. Flash designs have a set price. Custom pieces get a quote after I see your idea, before anything is booked.
Do you take first-time clients?
Yes. A lot of my clients come in for their first tattoo. I explain each step before we start, and you can ask questions at any point. Read my first tattoo guide →
Do you do cover-ups and reworks?
Yes. Send a clear, well-lit photo of the tattoo you have now, and I’ll let you know what’s possible. How cover-ups work →
