How do I book a tattoo with Lexi?
Fill out the request form on the booking page with your idea, placement, size and reference photos. I’ll reply with questions, a price estimate and open dates.
How much does a tattoo cost?
Price depends on size, placement, detail and color. Flash designs have a set price. Custom pieces get a quote after I see your idea, before anything is booked.
Do you take first-time clients?
Yes. A lot of my clients come in for their first tattoo. I explain each step before we start, and you can ask questions at any point. Read my first tattoo guide →
Do you do cover-ups and reworks?
Yes. Send a clear, well-lit photo of the tattoo you have now, and I’ll let you know what’s possible. How cover-ups work →
Will you add on to a tattoo someone else did?
Yes. I can add to an existing piece, fill out a sleeve or connect a few tattoos into one design.
Do you do memorial tattoos, handwriting and paw prints?
Yes. Bring a clear photo of the handwriting or an ink print of the paw, and I’ll build the design around it.
Where is the studio?
I work at Revival Tattoo Studio, 5911 Meredith Dr, Urbandale, Iowa 50322, in the Des Moines metro.
How do I take care of a new tattoo?
I go over aftercare with you before you leave, and you can message me with questions while it heals. Aftercare instructions →
